TERMS OF SERVICE (LAST UPDATED 9/28/24)

general info:

• art is not my full-time occupation. it is something I do on the side and I am sometimes working multiple day jobs, so my turnaround time can be between 1-3 months.• pieces like customs and trad art will have longer turnaround times.• I more specifically work in animal rescue & rehabilitation, so my slower turnaround time(s) can be due to me working thru events that impact my mental health.• I do my best to keep clients informed and welcome any communication. if you are ever concerned or have questions, please do feel welcome to reach out anytime and I will get back to you ASAP.• my trello (queue) is always up to date and can be found here.

payment and refunds:

• I only take full payment upfront.• cashapp is preferred, but I am also able to take paypal & ko-fi.• I reserve the right to turn down or cancel a commission for any reason.• in the case of a cancellation or refund, I will refund you according to the amount of progress completed. if I have not started work on your commission, you will be refunded in full. if work has started however, I will refund you proportional to the amount of work already completed.• I am not responsible for your impulsiveness or poor decision making. if you request a refund because you "changed your mind" or are a generally unpleasant person to work with, I reserve the right to block & blacklist you afterwards.

artwork usage:

• any commissioned work may only be used for personal use unless commercial is discussed and specifically paid for.• If you do not want your commission(s) displayed publicly or used in my portfolios, please inform me of this.• please credit me appropriately when uploading or using the commissioned pieces. linking to a page or gallery of mine would be appreciated.• cropping or things like filter edits are fine, but intrinsically editing my artwork or changing it majorly is strictly prohibited and a blacklistable offense.• it is your responsibility to inform me of any changes needed during the process or when I run the completed piece(s) by you. I cannot read your mind and would be glad to work with you so long as you are reasonable.• please understand that experimental pieces are exactly that– experimental, I can make small adjustments to your liking, but you cannot request a refund or change it yourself just because you "don't like" the end result.
